This takes hard work and innovation and we need more like-minded people on our team.About the RoleWere looking for a detail-oriented and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Licensing this role you will keep all client vehicles legal and on the road by renewing registrations for vehicles that require renewal. You will pull reports for upcoming renewals follow up with agents to keep timelines set counsel vendors on expectations and control processes to make sure client expectations are met.What Youll DoManage and follow-up on open Title and or Registration Transactions to ensure completion by the required time lineComplete research and solve issues that impact vehicle Title and or RegistrationCommunicate effectively with clients drivers suppliers and internal partners to ensure completion of renewalsUpdate the Title and or Registration system with accurate status information within 24 hoursDemonstrates teamwork by sharing knowledge and assisting fellow team members when need arisesMaintain update and follow Re-registration processing proceduresBasic QualificationsMust have a High School DiplomaMust have strong written and verbal communication skillsStrong customer service/ client service skillsIn-office document processing experienceTitle experience preferredMS Office proficient in the followingExcel ability to add data to cells use functions pivots sort dataWord ability to create documentsPreferred QualificationsEducation: 2- or 4-year College/University degree preferredTitle experience preferredLocation: Owings Mills MD. During training 5 days onsite weekly. Once training is completed 4 days a week in officeThe hiring base salary range for this position is $46800 - $64400 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individuals knowledge skills experience equity with other team members and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location.
