We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Associate Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in litigation, with a particular focus on drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and correspondence. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in the legal industry, with a proven track record of success in litigation.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Drafting, reviewing, and revising pleadings, motions, briefs, and correspondence.
2. Conducting legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies.
3. Representing the firm and its clients in court, arbitrations, and mediations.
4. Collaborating with other attorneys and staff to ensure the effective management of litigation matters.
5. Participating in the development and execution of litigation strategies.
6. Providing legal advice and guidance to clients on a wide range of litigation matters.
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the Alabama (AL) state bar and in good standing.
3. A minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and correspondence.
4. Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
6. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, attorneys, and staff.
8. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
9. Strong negotiation skills and courtroom experience.
10. Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
