Associate Portfolio Lead at QE Solar

Purpose: Supports Portfolio Leads and senior team members with administrativecoordination and operational tasks while building technical and client management skills.Responsibilities:1. Project Coordination & Scheduling (30%)o Assist with scheduling calls meetings and site visits.o Prepare meeting agendas take notes and track follow-up actions.o Support tracking of project milestones deliverables and budgets.2. Operational & Compliance Support (25%)o Support consistency of scheduling PM and CM by following QE Solar standards.o Help with documentation site audits logistics coordination and compliancereporting.o Maintain and update trackers records and reports for internal and client use.3. Technical Support (20%)o Assist in monitoring portfolio/BESS system performance through remote platforms.o Provide preliminary data collection for troubleshooting and preventativemaintenance.o Shadow senior staff during client calls to build technical competency.4. Process & Reporting (15%)o Contribute to presentation/report preparation in PowerPoint Word Excel QESTreporting.o Support process documentation and updates to internal knowledge bases.o Provide administrative support to ensure project continuity.5. Team Contribution (5%)o Collaborate with team members on daily tasks.o Participate in training and skill development to grow into a Portfolio Lead role.6.
