Associate Procurement AgentCompany:The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company is seeking an Associate Procurement Agent to join the Construction Facilities Services & Environmental Contracting team to execute and manage contracts in the Facilities Maintenance category. We are considering candidates from the following locations: North Charleston SC; Mesa AZ; Everett WA; Tukwila WA; Oklahoma City OK; Seattle WA; Berkeley MO; or Hazelwood MO.We are looking for an Associate Procurement Agent to support multiple commodities within the category. This role will lead and manage projects and initiatives related to facilities contracts. Candidates must understand cost-reimbursable and time-and-materials contracts. Knowledge of building operations and environmental impacts is preferred. Experience with Ariba contracting and sourcing is also preferred. Apply now and be part of a team driving innovation and excellence in procurement and environmental sustainability!Position Responsibilities:Provide oversight and management of supply and demand schedules supplier quality delivery and financial performanceLead negotiations on pricing and contract terms and conditionsPrepare and execute negotiation strategies that result in contractual documents and binding agreementsInterpret and enforce contract terms and conditionsConsult with internal customers to resolve supplier performance issuesLead supplier performance teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commoditiesParticipate in supply chain process improvement teams and identify improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategiesBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):Bachelors degree or higher or commensurate experience3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management3 years of experience drafting negotiating and performing complex contracts and subcontracts3 years of experience with Microsoft Office products such as Outlook PowerPoint Excel and Word3 years of experience using excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with leaders and colleaguesMust be willing to travel domestically as neededPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):3 years of experience creating and developing strategic plans3 years of experience developing proposals or contracts3 years of experience in a role that required strong written and oral communication skills3 years of experience developing and mentoring others in the procurement process lifecycleDrug Free Workplace: Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana cocaine opioids amphetamines PCP and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.Pay & Benefits:At Boeing we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract engage and retain the top talent.
