Quotation & Order ReviewAssist in reviewing quotations purchase orders invoice receipts and payment processes for accuracy and completeness.Support documentation and compliance checks to ensure smooth operations.Semiconductor Process & Pricing BasicsApply understanding semiconductor manufacturing processes and pricing structures.Provide support for cost analysis in collaboration with senior team members.Payment SupportHelp monitor payment schedules and assist in ensuring timely transactions.Coordinate with finance teams to resolve minor discrepancies.Data Monitoring & AnalysisCollect and analyze supplier data to identify trends and performance metrics.Prepare regular reports to support procurement decision-making.Database MaintenanceUpdate and maintain supplier contracts and quotation databases.Ensure records are accurate complete and easily accessible.Ad-Hoc SupportHandle additional tasks assigned by management.Provide flexible support across procurement and supply chain functions.Qualifications : Education: Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain or related field.Experience: No prior work experience required; internships or projects in procurement/supply chain are a plus.Language Skills: Proficient in English; Mandarin is a plus.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP preferred.Soft Skills: Detail-oriented eager to learn and able to work collaboratively.Additional Information : The expected annual pay range for this position is $60000 - $75000/yr . This position is also eligible for   bonus opportunities and commission pay.  Please note that the final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location applicable experience and skillset of the candidate. Renesas offers a full range of elective benefits including medical health savings account (with applicable medical plan) dental vision health and/or dependent care flexible spending accounts pre-tax commuter benefits life insurance AD&D and pet addition to elective benefit options benefited employees receive company-paid life insurance and AD&D LTD short term medical benefits as well as paid sick time paid holidays and accrued paid vacation.
