Associate Product Acceptance SpecialistCompany:The Boeing CompanyBoeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Product Acceptance Specialist to join our Supplier Quality team located in Mesa AZ!Join the Supplier Quality team supporting Apache and Vertical Lift programs ensuring product conformance through audits surveillance nonconformance control and customer reviews while driving corrective actions that directly support missioncritical aviation readiness.Position Responsibilities:Verifies routine product conformance to design requirementsProvides objective evidence of resultsPerforms auditing surveillance and monitoringIdentifies and documents discrepanciesSegregates and controls non-conforming itemsPerforms preliminary review and disposition of non-conformanceConducts product review with customer during product or process verificationIdentifies repetitive or significant non-conformances and initiates requests for corrective action.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):High School / GED Diploma is requiredExperience reading and understanding engineering drawings blueprints schematics and specificationsExperience performing product inspectionExperience working with AS9100 and/or similar (QMS) Quality Management System standardPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Aerospace industry experienceExperience with non-conformance (NCR) processesDrug Free Workplace:Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana cocaine opioids amphetamines PCP and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.Shift:This position is for 1st shiftAt Boeing we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract engage and retain the top talent.
