Develop your skills contribute to meaningful change and propel your career in an environment that values growth and learning.As an Associate Product Delivery Manager in the Employee Compute organization you will play a key role in supporting the delivery and lifecycle management of desktop and mobile products for JPMC employees. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product deployment user support and continuous improvement of the employee technology experience.Key responsibilitiesSupports delivery processes including intake dependency management release management product operationalization delivery feasibility decision-making and product performance reporting while highlighting opportunities to improve efficiencies.Contributes to change management activities across functional partners and documents adherence to the firms risk controls compliance and regulatory requirementsDocuments blockers and impediments to aid with dependency management and resource availabilityCollaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to engage stakeholders and cross-functional partners to manage dependencies and timelinesOwn and maintain a catalog of desktop and mobile hardware product standards ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.Ensure that all catalog standards are available for purchase in all global regions working with procurement and regional teams to address availability and compliance.Collaborate with engineering and security teams to ensure timely deployment of critical patches and compliance with enterprise standards.Serve as a point of contact for employee feedback requirements gathering and issue escalation.Contribute to documentation training materials and knowledge base articles for employee self-service.Track product adoption usage trends and support metrics to inform future demand and prioritization.Support the development of business cases for new features or product enhancements.Qualifications2 years of experience or equivalentexpertisein product management project management or a relevant domain areaDemonstrated experience or equivalentexpertisein product management project management or a relevant domain areaExposure to operational management and change readiness workstreams Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in business technology or related field.Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills.Experience working with cross-functional teams in a large enterprise environment.Familiarity with desktop and mobile hardware manufacturers (Apple Dell Samsung etc) is a plus.Ability to analyze data and present actionable insights.Preferred SkillsEmerging Knowledge of product release and deployment processesExperience supporting Mac WindowsHi and iOS devices in an enterprise setting.Knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) tools and processes.Knowledge and experience with desktop and mobile products (Mac Windows iOS Android)Required Experience:Manager Key Skills Marketing,Quality Assurance,Agile,Product Demos,Analysis Skills,Jira,Project Management,Product Management,Qualitative Analysis,Confluence,Internet Of Things,Product Development Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
