Associate Product Manager at Johnson & Johnson

Position Overview & Job Responsibilities:Work with users to collect feedback and study data to gather insights to drive improvements.Work with a Product Manager or Sr. Product Manager to understand a specific product or business line. And develop the basic skills needed to excel in the product team.Work with business and development teams to ensure they understand the vision for the product.Develop detailed documentation and specifications for product features so that they are clearly understood by the business and development teams.Own the discovery and delivery of new features and existing feature improvements.Ability to break down Epics into features User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.RequirementsEducation and Work Experience:Bachelors degreeExperience with product/software development quality analysis software testing customer support or marketingExperience in Property & Casualty insurance industry is a plus.Knowledge Skills & Abilities:Excellent analytical strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with the ability to prioritize track and deliver resultsExceptional communication and presentation skillsAbility to work with cross-functional teams as a subject matter expert who influences company-wide decisionsUnderstands both the engineering and business side of the product release and is ultimately responsible for representing the end users needsKnowledge of product management tools and methodologiesRequired Experience:IC Key Skills Marketing,Quality Assurance,Agile,Product Demos,Analysis Skills,Jira,Project Management,Product Management,Qualitative Analysis,Confluence,Internet Of Things,Product Development Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
