Supermicro is seeking an Associate Product Manager who can work with enterprise customers and win business with enterprise and data center solutions.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Job included but not limited to:Support Solution Engineering by being responsible for winning enterprise customers and increasing solution revenueCarry out marketing and technological research to help decision making on solution development directionsProvide technical service and support to resolve customer concerns and issuesSupport in pre-sales engagement by working with customers closely and providing creative solutions that meet requirements of demanding customersSupport Post-Sales engagement by helping Technical Service with root causing a customer issue and also coordinate a suitable solution for the customer.Improve revenue by working with sales, marketing closely and promoting new solutions effectivelySupport vendor management by driving design and customer issues from a vendor point of viewQualifications:BSEE/CpE with 1+ years Product Management experience requiredDeep knowledge in latest compute, storage, networking technologies and solution engineering principlesStrong capability of bridging engineering and business groups, capable of translating good engineering to good businessDemonstrates strong organizational and communication skills and the capability of working in cross-functional organizationsStrong initiative and ability to work in a self-directed environmentAbility to lead complex projects and meet deadlinesExtensive knowledge of Super Micro product offerings, server technology and configuring server systems are a plusSalary Range$100,000 - $120,000The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
