ResponsibilitiesThis is a non-customer facing role predominantly administrative and working at a desk.Coordinate all aspects of a project from start to finish so that it is completed on time and within budgetMaintain project pricingAct as the point of contact for the customers and for the project overall providing best in class customer serviceRecommend products and services that fit well with clients business needsDevelop project plans outline project tasks timelines resource requirements and dependenciesEstablish and maintain effective sales relationships with major accounts/customersMonitor progress and performance against the project plan; resolve operational problems and minimize delaysWork directly with partners and clients to determine project scope specifications requirements and perform calculationsConduct project meetings and prepare regular reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the project teamResponsible for ensuring the timely delivery of supplies materials and equipmentResponsible for procuring and ensuring the timely delivery of supplies materials and equipmentEnsure accurate billing of the projectQualifications0-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience is preferred.Experience in decorative plumbing appliances or lighting is a plus.Exhibit strong skills for sales including the ability to upsell.Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and ability to make decisions in a timely manner.Ability to react well in a fast-paced environment & follow through on commitments.Highly motivated and customer service oriented mentality with ability to build relationships is a plus.General digital literacy including Microsoft Office.Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.At Ferguson we care for each other.
