Associate Program AnalystCompany:Boeing Aerospace OperationsBoeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Associate Program Analyst to join our team in Hertford NC.Position Responsibilities:Monitors existing contracts to determine compliance as directedDevelops contract specifications for supplier goods and services and relevant documentsInteracts with suppliers and buyersFacilitates team relationships to ensure a thorough understanding of the organizations needs and requirements and the continuous improvement of contractual processesGenerates plans acquires materials and schedules services for facilities activitiesCommunicates with internal and external suppliers and customers to provide information regarding adherence to scheduled activitiesSupports efforts to review create improve and document processes and procedures related to facilities operations by creating basic documentsMay participate in meetings with other organizations such as Document Control Legal Security and Fire IT to create and validate processesWith limited supervision collects and logs accurate data from various systemsPerforms analysis using developed toolsAssists in making recommendations and implementing improvementsConducts basic research using varied media (such as internet reports) to support assigned tasksSupports and coordinates the processing of routine requests to meet customer needsWith supervision and in a limited role provide technical support training and troubleshooting assistance for various facilities systems or processesEnsures that configuration control is maintained for data processes equipment and documentsSupports efforts to resolve business operation problemsMay assist in the investigation and development of alternatives impact statements and recommendationsVital member of the Program Office supporting with various tasks and responsibilities to include:Program data and document controlCreation management and support of certain program deliverables for executive leadership and customerAssist in program level communications with the team and corporate officeDevelop and manage program metrics data and reports required for executive leadership and customerCoordination and support of Program events training and site visits for Boeing personnelAttend Program level meetings and record minutes notes and actionsSpecial Program Access or other Government Access Requirements are mandatory for this position.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):Demonstrated experience providing professional accurate and responsive customer service to internal and external customers5 years experience working with MS Office suite or similarStrong professional communication and organizational skillsPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Experience in an administrative or support roleExperience creating documented processesExperience working with vendors and customersDrug Free Workplace:Boeingis a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana cocaine opioids amphetamines PCP and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.Pay & Benefits:At Boeing we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract engage and retain the top talent.
