Learn more atPavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Associate Project Manager to join ourfire business unit.Primary Responsibilities:Perform pre-sales or post-award engineering assessments to provide our sales force with the most cost-effective solution for both material and laborPrepare submittals and permitting documents as well as O&M Manuals and As-Builts upon job completionTravel to project sites as needed to determine project status scope schedule and attend job meetingsCommunicating with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goalsMaking effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the projectServing as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergyManagement and logistical support of multiple ongoing projectsManpower coordination/Sub-contractor managementPermitting and inspection coordination with AHJBasic Qualifications:HS Diploma or GED2 years fire and security alarm project management experienceCustomer service experienceNYCFD S-98Knowledge of NYC FD code requirementsValid Driver License requiredDisclaimer:This job description should not be construed to imply that these requirements are the exclusive standards of the position.
