Find your future with us.Boeing Global Services (BGS)Distribution Business is looking for an Associate Quality Inspector to join our team in Enfield CT.Position Responsibilities:Verifies routine product conformance to design requirementsProvides objective evidence of resultsPerforms auditing surveillance and monitoring. Identifies and documents discrepanciesSegregates and controls non-conforming items. Perform preliminary review and disposition of non-conformanceUnder limited supervision inspects incoming parts/material outgoing orders verify that certification is correct checks parts for processing checks special orders daily use of micrometers gauge controls calipers indicators etc. Provides mentorship throughout the Inspection team.Conducts dimensional inspections per design record and documented AQL levels; Conducts visual inspections for obvious defects.Review and disposition all certification documentation to meet traceability requirements per AS9100 and Company Quality standards; communicate with vendor as needed.
