Associate Supply Chain Mgmt AnalystCompany:Boeing Aerospace OperationsThe Boeing Company is on the lookout for a talented Supply Chain Management Analyst to join our team in support of the backshop team in San Antonio Texas.Position Responsibilities:Applies change and planning decisions to arrive at optimal solutionsApplies Supply chain Management (SCM) methodologies to ensure coordination in the supply chainCoordinates with company customer support representatives contract administration purchasing engineering quality assurance traffic warehousing suppliers and customersIncorporates Bills of Material (BOM) and schedules into a production plan. Coordinates part number attributesVerifies the released engineering BOM has been correctly implemented in the material planning systemReleases and maintains ordersDocuments and resolves order delinquenciesReports schedule adherence issuesApplies developed solutions to inventory plansAnalyzes and dispositions excess and obsolete inventoriesCreates schedules for products and servicesCoordinates and supports process improvements. Works under general supervisionAble to read and interpret work orders requisition part lists specifications shipping and receiving documents etcAbility to document and maintain material requisitions picking instructions etcAble to apply basic mathematics to count add subtract inventory parts and supplies etcAble to conduct transactions and reports in Crib MasterBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):3 years of experience stockroom/crib procedures3 years of experience Computer experience and competency.
