Find your future with us.Boeing's Safety, Security, & Airworthiness (SSA) organization is seeking anAssociate Systems Engineer – Compliance/Certificationto join their Regulatory Administration System Oversight Team within Regulatory Administration and Airworthiness inEverett, WA.Primary responsibilities:Interface with other technologies to extract transform and load data from a wide variety of data sourcesReport analysis, integrate data, and recommendationsIndependently participate in requirement gathering, document preparationCollaborate with multi-functional team of business SMEs, architect on current processes and proposing solutions for system improvementsDevelop Experience managing complex programs models, setting goals manage progress, executing roadmaps and interface with cross functional teamUsing statistical practices, analyze current and historical data to make predictions, identify risk and opportunities, enabling better decision on planned/future eventsDevelop complex data schema to include alignment of disparate information into logical grouping to form the basis for the data analyticsCommunicate with customer and regulatory agency requirement to assure compliance with processesOversee effectiveness and implements of ODA activity to meet requirements and policiesCoordinate with external Engineering group and external SMEThis position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Everett, WA.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):2+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experienceBachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science1+ years of engineering experience1+ years of experience extracting and compiling data from multiple sources1+ years of experience driving problem solving, communicating with multiple levels of executive leadership, managing and responding to defect metric data trends and predictive indicators1+ years of experience with analytics tools including: Tableau, SQL, R, and PythonPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):2+ years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience1+ years of experience identifying key stakeholder project specific requirements and scope, then building and managing project plans1+ years of experience in business intelligence/data analytics tools (Microsoft Power BI, Dashboards, SQL, Tableau, etc.)Experience with systems engineering and integration of complex systemsExperience with Risk ManagementExperience with Bowtie MethodologyExperience with audit activitiesFunctional DecompositionFirsthand experience with airplane requirementsDrug Free Workplace:Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.Pay & Benefits:At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
