Associate Veterinarian at Atlas Consultancy Group
JOB DESCRIPTION
I’m working with a well-established, privately owned two-hospital group in California’s Central Valley that is entering an exciting new chapter of growth. Their Patterson location is about to open a brand-new, purpose-built 4,000 sq. ft. facility with five exam rooms and upgraded diagnostics, while their sister hospital in Newman is preparing for a full rebuild in the near future.
This is a true community-based practice with strong, consistent demand—especially following the recent closure of a nearby clinic. You’ll step into a busy, ready-made caseload with the opportunity to make an immediate impact.
Ownership consists of three veterinarians who have worked side by side for over 22 years. They’ve built a collaborative, non-corporate culture where doctors have genuine clinical autonomy and input into the future direction of the hospitals. Whether you’re an experienced DVM seeking independence or a newer graduate looking for hands-on mentorship, you’ll be supported while still having the freedom to practice your way.
The Patterson hospital will serve as the flagship site, equipped with digital and dental radiography, ultrasound, fully updated anesthesia monitoring, and plans to introduce endoscopy. Scheduling is flexible, with 3- or 4-day work weeks available and limited weekends (open to discussion).
If you’re looking for a growing private practice where your voice matters and your caseload is guaranteed, this is an opportunity worth exploring.
