Associate Veterinarian at Atlas Consultancy Group
JOB DESCRIPTION
Are you looking for a hospital where you can practice high-quality medicine, enjoy genuine work-life balance, and be part of a team that has earned the trust of its community for generations?
I'm working with a well-established small animal hospital in Daytona Beach that has been serving local pet owners for more than 80 years. This long-standing practice has built an exceptional reputation for delivering compassionate, affordable veterinary care while maintaining modern medical standards and a supportive team culture.
The hospital provides a full range of services including preventative care, wellness medicine, dentistry, surgery, diagnostics, and laser surgical procedures. You'll be supported by an experienced and collaborative team that genuinely values patient care, client education, and professional development. With an impressive 2.5:1 support staff-to-doctor ratio, you'll have the assistance needed to focus on practicing excellent medicine rather than juggling administrative tasks.
This opportunity offers a predictable Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends, no on-call requirements, and no holiday shifts. Whether you're an experienced veterinarian looking for a stable, well-supported environment or a newer graduate seeking mentorship and guidance, you'll find a team committed to helping you succeed.
In addition to a competitive salary package of $115,000-$140,000 plus production, the hospital is part of a larger network that offers unique long-term ownership opportunities while providing operational support that allows veterinarians to focus on patient care.
