Participates in grant writing, contract negotiation and/or re-accreditation as needed. Develops and recommends strategic and operational plans and operating policies in a cost-effective and customer-oriented manner. Implements endorsed actions and policies and monitors' progress. Program Coordination - Program Reporting Oversees, analyzes and prepares the external and internal quarterly, annual and ad-hoc monitoring reports for the Division sponsors and Pediatric Leadership, including tracking referrals, forensic and specialized interviews, forensic medical examinations, personal/advocacy contacts, volunteer activities, internal and community-based training, and performance measures as defined in all contract standards. Ensures accurate demographic statistics and program service data across all CPT programs and counties as required. Program Coordination - Community Liaison Oversees Assistant Team Coordinator in acting as liaison with community agencies across all CPT programs, including Department of Children and Families (DCF), law enforcement, the State Attorney's Office, and other partners. Attends protocol, task force and other community meetings and participates in the developmental of recommendations ensuring consistency with program requirements; provides internal education and training to ensure effective collaboration across multiple programs. Program Coordination - Quality Assurance Oversees Assistant Team Coordinator in reviewing and monitoring case files for all CPT programs to ensure compliance with internal and external quality assurance standards. Ensures timely, professional completion of all required documentation and reports; directly assists with casework as needed, and provides support with high-risk or in-crisis cases. Fiscal Management Collaborates with the Division Chief and Division Finance Team, to ensure financial viability of all CPT services and programs through appropriate budgeting, monitoring of financial performance related to pricing strategies, revenues, expenditures and resource management. In collaboration with the Division Financial Team, establishes systems that ensure efficient and cost-effective utilization of resources, space, materials and personnel. Develops and recommends opportunities for increased revenues; including grant and contract research, writing, service billing and expert court testimony. Personnel Management Recruits, hires, supervises and trains team members to ensure compliance with university, and our sponsors including Department of Health, Department of Children and Families, Office of the Attorney General, and Florida Network of Child Advocacy Centers, and other requirements including background/safety checks, annual requirements and adherence to company policy. Coaches, supports and provides input for team member performance evaluations. Delivers timely and effective communication through regular team meetings. Expected Salary: $98,000 to $110,000 annually depending on education and experienceMinimum Requirements: Masters' degree in an appropriate area and four years of relevant experience; or a bachelors' degree in an appropriate area and six years of relevant experience. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Criminal Justice, Criminology, Nursing, Psychology or Human Services. Three years of experience working with children and families, with at least one year of experience in the field of child abuse abandonment, and neglect within the immediate past 7 years. Minimum of four (4) years' experience in supervision, program management, and/or administration in a human service agency. Knowledge of national, state and local community resources available for abuse and neglect as related to health care issues. Special Instructions to Applicants: This is a time-limited position.
