We are seeking an experienced Locums Emergency Medicine Physician - Nocturnist to provide overnight coverage at a busy emergency department in Sarasota, Florida, as well as at associated freestanding emergency departments (FSEDs). Position Details: Schedule: Overnight shifts (Nocturnist role)Annual Volume: 27,000 visitsEmergency Department Features:19 recently renovated beds24-hour physician coverageModern, well-equipped facilitiesWork Locations: Main hospital ED and associated freestanding emergency departments (FSEDs) Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality emergency care to patients of all ages.Assess, diagnose, and treat urgent and emergent medical conditions.Provide coverage at both the main ED and associated FSEDs as needed.Collaborate with hospitalists, specialists, and other team members to optimize patient outcomes.Document all patient encounters accurately and in a timely manner using the facility's EMR.Maintain professionalism and efficiency in a fast-paced clinical environment.
