Location: Olathe, KS Job Type: Full-TimeSchedule: Mon-Fri, 7AM - 4:30 PM (Overtime as needed)Pay: $18-$21 per hour (DOE) About the Role Join our growing team as a Production Associate! You'll be part of a hands-on manufacturing environment where teamwork and reliability matter. What You'll Do Work on two active production lines (4 people per line), performing tasks such as filling, capping, labeling, and casing. Start at the end of the line packing and assembling for shipping; rotate positions as you gain experience. Operate and adjust semi-automated filling line equipment to maintain quality and efficiency. Pack and unload full cases of product, stack on pallets, and keep the line moving. Ensure all products meet quality specifications. Perform general housekeeping: sweep, mop, trash removal. Follow supervisor instructions and maintain a safe work environment. Requirements Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Experience: Prior production or manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the day (most boxes 40 lbs). Machine operation experience is a plus and may lead to more responsibility. Strong attention to detail and reliability.
