This is an excellent opportunity for a veterinarian with strong emergency experience who is ready to take the next step into a leadership role.Key responsibilities include:Mentoring, onboarding, and supporting new and relief veterinariansCollaborating with the Practice Manager on staffing and disciplinary mattersProviding coverage for open shifts (including daytime, overnight, and holiday rotations as needed)Serving as a point of contact for medical and client-related questionsAssisting in evaluating and planning major equipment purchases, pharmaceuticals, and facility upgradesAddressing client concerns and assisting with complex case managementThe successful candidate will have extensive experience in emergency veterinary medicine and a strong interest in developing leadership and mentorship skills.
