This role ensures service excellence, compliance with safety standards, and effective team coordination. The ideal candidate demonstrates leadership, operational efficiency, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and professionalism. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in overseeing daily janitorial operations across assigned sitesConduct routine inspections to ensure adherence to quality and safety standardsSupport staff scheduling, shift coverage, and timekeeping accuracyTrain and onboard new employees in cleaning protocols and equipment usageMonitor inventory levels and coordinate supply replenishmentAddress client inquiries and service concerns with professionalism and urgencyDocument performance metrics, inspection results, and incident reportsProvide hands-on support during staff shortages or high-demand periods-which may require long work hoursPromote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvementQualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience in janitorial or facility services, with supervisory exposureStrong interpersonal and communication skillsProficiency in basic administrative tasks (e.g., scheduling, reporting)Ability to perform physical duties and operate cleaning equipmentHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredValid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if travel between sites is required)Must meet background screening requirementsCore CompetenciesLeadership and team developmentAttention to detail and quality assuranceConflict resolution and problem-solvingTime management and adaptabilityCustomer service orientationCommitment to health and safety complianceRequirements:Must be able to pass a criminal background checkOwn a vehicle for transportationOpened availability
