So, if you want to be challenged in an exciting and fast-paced environment, this is the place for you.Job Summary:The Supervisor - Table Games supervises the operation of assigned table games to ensure integrity is maintained, Internal Controls are followed and abided by, Company's policies and procedures are being followed and superior guest service is provided to ensure guest satisfaction in accordance with the Company's Customer Service and Operations Standards. This position's starting wage is $27/hour based on experience.Essential Functions:Perform Duties of Shift Manager in her/his absence Maintains a clear line of communication at all levels of operation when appropriate Supervises floor dealers and protect the integrity of games through observation and following appropriate proceduresEnsures accuracy and completion of all signed paperwork and pit documentsMaintains frequent and effective contact with guestsEffectively deals all games supervisedMaintains a thorough knowledge of all rules regarding games supervisedPrioritizes tasks and handles multiple projects simultaneouslyInvestigates and resolves customer complaints and issuesConducts employee coaching sessionsAssists in training staffAnswers customer questions about game informationPerforms as a team member and assists fellow associates to ensure a smooth operationGreets guests appropriately, treating each person as an individual and in a professional mannerUnderstands the goals and vision of the organization and demonstrates commitment to those goals in terms of individual and team performanceCoordinates and completes hourly evaluations on hourly associatesCompletes other duties as assignedQualifications:High School Diploma or GED required3-5 years Table Games experience requiredPrevious supervisory experience preferredLevel 2 Illinois Gaming Board LicenseMust possess the ability to deal multiple gamesThorough knowledge of table game policies and proceduresExceptional guest service abilitiesProfessional attitude and appearanceReliabilityStrong verbal / written communication skills Basic math skills, including addition and subtraction Basic computer skills MS Office, Word, Excel, email Ability to work weekends, holidays and evening hours as business demandsAbility to manage stress appropriately and make decisions under pressureProvide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge and skillUnderstand the goals and vision of the organization and demonstrate commitment to those goals in terms of individual and team performanceRole model the Customer Service Standards interacting positively through relationships with guests, fellow associates and members of the management team displaying genuine concern and mutual respect for people's needsPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift or carry 30 pounds occasionallyEnvironmental Working Conditions:Exposure to high volume noiseThe work environment contains bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations.What's in it for you: Competitive wages with annual performance reviews Comprehensive health coverage plan that includes medical, dental, and vision401(K)/ Company MatchAccess Perks and Childcare discountsThe above description denotes some of the specific characteristics which are necessary to perform the principal functions of the job and are not intended to be a description of all work requirements that may be inherent in the position.***Pass a company background investigation******Must be 21 years of age*** QualificationsExperience*Two years Dealer experience required*Previous supervisory experience preferred (preferred)Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
