Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWHO WE ARE: The Children's Home partners with children, families and communities throughout New York State to inspire hope, develop skills, and cultivate healthy relationships for positive futures.$17-18.50 an hourPart Time and Full Time opportunities available.Position Summary: The Youth Coach works as a member of the Youth Empowerment and Support (YES) team to work with the at-risk youth. The Youth Coach and YES team focus on addressing truancy issues, family troubles, and other teens experience as obstacles by working one-on-one with youth through communicating key information to promote healthy futures.Responsibilities:Primary responsibility in this role is working to mentor the youth in the YES program.Initiate, organize, plan, develop and implement direct advocacy services to assigned clients and their families.
