Athletic DirectorLocation: Birmingham MI 48009Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Athletic Director to lead and manage our athletic programs in Birmingham MI. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills a passion for sports and the ability to oversee all aspects of athletic operations to ensure a positive and competitive environment for student-athletes.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop implement and oversee athletic programs and policies.Manage budgets schedules and resources for all sports teams.Hire train and evaluate coaching staff and athletic personnel.Ensure compliance with local and state athletic regulations and standards.Promote sportsmanship teamwork and academic achievement among student-athletes.Coordinate with school administration parents and community stakeholders.Organize athletic events competitions and facilities maintenance.Required Skills and QualificationsProven experience as an Athletic Director or in a similar leadership role.Strong knowledge of athletic program management and sports administration.Excellent organizational communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to lead and motivate coaches staff and student-athletes.Familiarity with compliance regulations and safety standards in athletics.Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.Passion for promoting athletics and student development.EducationBachelors degree in Sports Management Physical Education or a related field is preferred.
