Job Title: Athletics Business Office (OPS)(Part-time) Location: Tallahassee, FL Regular/Temporary: Temporary Full/Part Time: Job ID: 61730 Department Department of Athletics - Business OfficeResponsibilities Initiate, review, and close purchase orders for goods and services in SpearMart. Facilitate, reconcile, and code Procurement Card (P-Card) transactions weekly and monthly. Enter and track missing P-Card receipts. Assist with supplier onboarding and supplier reactivation in collaboration with Athletics staff, University Supply Chain, and third-party vendors. Provide support with the ATH-Business shared folder and document organization. Initiate, route, and track invoice payments.Support daily administrative and financial processes. Track completion of host money/mileage documentation in Teamworks and communicate outstanding items to sport liaisons. Prepare ePRF forms for petty cash after reimbursement packets are complete. Process and reconcile team travel expenses for assigned sports. Participate in and contribute to weekly staff meetings. Develop and maintain a “How-To” manual over time to document procedures and provide guidance for future interns.
