Youll monitor dog play assist guests with questions or concerns and keep the park clean and organized. If you love working with both people and dogs and thrive in a lively outdoor environment this is the role for you.What Youll Do:Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional service during their visitMonitor dog playgroups to ensure safe and positive interactionsConfidently redirect or separate dogs if needed to maintain a safe environmentEnforce park rules consistently and fairly for all guestsKeep the park clean organized and stocked with supplies like waste bags and cleaning productsAssist with guest questions about memberships services and upcoming eventsSupport special events promotions and park activities when neededDocument and report any incidents injuries or behavioral concernsYou Might Be a Perfect Fit If:Youre comfortable working around dogs of all sizes and temperamentsYoure friendly approachable and love interacting with people and petsYou can read dog body language and act proactively to prevent problemsYou stay calm under pressure and make quick thoughtful decisionsYoure dependable proactive and thrive in a busy social settingBonus if You Have:Experience in dog daycare boarding or other pet care rolesHospitality or guest service experience in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of dog behavior or training techniquesMusts & Physical Requirements:Ability to stand walk and move for 810 hours per shiftAbility to safely lift and handle dogs up to 50 lbsComfortable working outdoors in all weather conditionsTolerance for loud noise pet hair dirt and occasional messesWhat We Offer:Free VIP Membership to SkiptownCha-Ching Fridays!
