The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent research and writing skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. As an Attorney, you will be instrumental in providing comprehensive legal counsel to the firm's clients and work with other attorneys in a collaborative work environment.*Responsibilities** Conduct thorough legal research related to your practice area.* Draft clear, precise estate planning documents tailored to each client's needs.* Advise clients on various legal matters including estate planning, family law, immigration law, landlord-tenant issues, securities law, and tribal law & regulations.* Represent clients in probate matters.* Manage case files efficiently within the law office system, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.* Conduct real estate closings and consult with clients regarding real estate matters. Draft contracts relating to real estate.* Stay informed about evolving laws and regulations in areas of practice handled by the firm.*Skills** Proven experience in multiple legal disciplines including estate planning, probate and real estate. Experience in corporate matters is also of interest.* Strong research skills with proficiency in LexisNexis and Westlaw platforms.* Excellent legal drafting abilities with attention to detail and clarity in writing.* Effective negotiation skills that facilitate favorable outcomes for clients.* Familiarity with legal administrative processes within a busy law office environment.* Exceptional communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
