Job Description
*Overview*We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Attorney to join our legal team, bringing energy and expertise to the specialized legal practice areas of real estate and estate planning. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent research and writing skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. As an Attorney, you will be instrumental in providing comprehensive legal counsel to the firm's clients and work with other attorneys in a collaborative work environment.*Responsibilities** Conduct thorough legal research related to your practice area.* Draft clear, precise estate planning documents tailored to each client's needs.* Advise clients on various legal matters including estate planning, family law, immigration law, landlord-tenant issues, securities law, and tribal law & regulations.* Represent clients in probate matters.* Manage case files efficiently within the law office system, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.* Conduct real estate closings and consult with clients regarding real estate matters. Draft contracts relating to real estate.* Stay informed about evolving laws and regulations in areas of practice handled by the firm.*Skills** Proven experience in multiple legal disciplines including estate planning, probate and real estate. Experience in corporate matters is also of interest.* Strong research skills with proficiency in LexisNexis and Westlaw platforms.* Excellent legal drafting abilities with attention to detail and clarity in writing.* Effective negotiation skills that facilitate favorable outcomes for clients.* Familiarity with legal administrative processes within a busy law office environment.* Exceptional communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
