The Attorney Development Manager will lead the design and implementation of tailored learning programs to support attorney growth and development. This role requires expertise in creating and facilitating innovative development strategies within the legal industry. Description Design and implement custom learning programs that align with firm goals and attorney development needs. Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify training gaps and propose effective solutions. Develop and deliver engaging content and professional development initiatives. Leverage legal industry best practices to create innovative learning experiences and methodologies. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, ensuring continuous improvement. Oversee vendor relationships to ensure the delivery of high-quality learning solutions. Support the firm's strategic objectives through targeted talent development strategies. Provide coaching and guidance to internal teams on learning and development processes. Profile A successful Attorney Development Manager should have: Bachelors degree (required). 7+ years of professional development or training experience. A strong background in learning and development, particularly within the legal industry. Expertise in designing and implementing tailored training programs. Strong collaboration and communication skills to engage with stakeholders effectively. Proficiency in leveraging data to measure and enhance program effectiveness. A passion for fostering employee growth and driving firm success. Job Offer Competitive salary ranging from $155,000 to $175,000 annually.
