About the Role:We are seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Attorney with experience in Family Law Employment Law or Personal Injury to join our legal team. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator strong negotiator and skilled litigator who can independently manage cases while providing exceptional service to clients.Locations Available:Morgantown WVClarksburg WVParkersburg WV#LATResponsibilities:Represent clients in Family Law Employment Law or Personal Injury matters including litigation mediation and settlement negotiations.Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings motions discovery responses settlement agreements and other legal documents.Manage a diverse caseload from initial consultation through resolution.Provide clear legal advice and counsel to clients while maintaining strong professional relationships.Prepare for and appear in court hearings depositions arbitrations and mediations.Develop case strategies and collaborate with internal staff paralegals and other attorneys as needed.Maintain accurate case files documentation and billing records.Stay current on relevant laws regulations and legal precedents.$70000 - $100000 a yearThis position features base salary plus bonuses total comp potential up to 130k.
