Job Details
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, custody, child support, alimony, and related proceedings
- Draft pleadings, motions, agreements, and other legal documents
- Conduct negotiations and court appearances
- Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to clients
- Collaborate with colleagues within the practice group to deliver high-quality legal services
- Maintain active case management and ensure timely communication with clients
Qualifications
- Licensed to practice law in New Hampshire
- 3 -10 years of experience in Family Law
- Ability to manage cases independently while collaborating within a team environment
- Client-focused mindset with strong organizational and time management skills
