A well known law firm in New England with a team of more than 40 attorneys is seeking an experienced, energetic, and self-motivated Family Law Attorney to join its busy and growing Family Law practice group.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, custody, child support, alimony, and related proceedings
  • Draft pleadings, motions, agreements, and other legal documents
  • Conduct negotiations and court appearances
  • Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to clients
  • Collaborate with colleagues within the practice group to deliver high-quality legal services
  • Maintain active case management and ensure timely communication with clients

Qualifications

  • Licensed to practice law in New Hampshire
  • 3 -10 years of experience in Family Law
  • Ability to manage cases independently while collaborating within a team environment
  • Client-focused mindset with strong organizational and time management skills
