Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Scarsdale, NY, for an Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist. The provider will conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations, diagnose and manage hearing and provide customized treatment plans. Responsibilities include selecting, fitting, and adjusting hearing aids, counseling patients and their families on hearing loss solutions, and promoting overall hearing health through education and follow-up care. This role requires collaboration with colleagues to ensure the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in conducting diagnostic hearing tests and assessments
• Experience in fitting, programming, and maintaining hearing aid devices
• Strong patient counseling, sales and communication skills, with the ability to educate patients and families on hearing health
• Knowledge of audiological treatment options, including rehabilitation and assistive listening technologies
• Current licensure to practice audiology in New York State
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Audiology or Hearing Instrument Specialist (Au.D., equivalent or H.I.S.)
• Empathy, attention to detail, and a passion for improving patient quality of life
