Virsono Hearing Centers is seeking an experienced Audiologist in our Huntsville Alabama clinic. This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role while continuing to provide exceptional patient care within a collaborative ENT partnership environment.Why This Role MattersThis position plays a pivotal role in expanding Virsonos footprint and ensuring the success of our integrated ENT-Audiology care model. The Clinic Site Lead will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations leading a small audiology team ensuring seamless patient flow and collaborating closely with ENT physicians to deliver an elevated patient experience. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct patient care (diagnostic evaluations fittings and follow-ups).Lead and mentor on-site Audiology Assistants and support staff.Partner with ENT physicians to ensure coordinated high-quality care.Oversee clinic performance metrics and drive operational improvements.Participate in regional strategy discussions and quarterly business reviews.Who Were Looking ForLicensed Audiologist (Au.D. or M.A./M.S.) eligible for Alabama licensure.Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience; ENT environment required leadership or supervisory experience preferred.Strong communicator and collaborator who thrives in dynamic fast-growing environments.Passionate about patient care and ready to take on broader responsibility.
