Were looking for an experienced detail-oriented Auditor Manager who thrives in a dynamic environment and embraces change. Youll bring deep audit and financial services expertise to deliver high-quality assurance drive continuous improvement and help us modernize the way we work.What Youll DoLead and perform moderate to high-complexity audit work with limited supervisionIdentify key risks across end-to-end processes and develop risk-based audit scopes and test plansExecute and document audit procedures in accordance with the standards of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA)Guide and mentor team members throughout audit execution fostering growth and collaborationPartner with business leaders to validate findings identify root causes and agree on practical sustainable corrective actionswhile maintaining professional independenceMonitor managements progress on remediation efforts and validate completed actionsContribute to department-wide projects and initiatives to enhance our audit tools methodologies and capabilitiesStay informed on emerging audit standards regulatory developments and industry trends and share insights across the teamAbout You6 years of Internal Audit or related experience ideally in financial servicesBachelors degree or higher in a related field; or equivalent work experienceProfessional certification(s) such as CIA CISA CPA CAMS or CRCM preferred (or willingness to obtain)Proven ability to mentor and inspire a collaborative audit teamStrong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication skills - able to clearly articulate insights and influence stakeholders at all levelsAdaptable and proactive with a passion for continuous improvement and driving meaningful impactWork Location San FranciscoThe above locations are eligible offices for this locations have been determined to foster in-person collaboration with this roles team or the related business lines. We utilize a hybrid work model and our teams are in-office Tuesdays Wednesdays and -person attendance is essential for this roles success and remote placement will not be offers relocation based on actual job level. Time Zone Requirements Primarily PTWhile the position will primarily work local hours LendingClub is headquartered in Pacific Time and our ideal candidate will be flexible working across time zones when necessary.Travel Requirements As needed travel to LendingClub offices and/or other locations as needed. Compensation The target base salary range for this position is 00. The base salary of the role will be determined by job-related knowledge experience education skills and location. Base salary is just one part of LendingClubs Total Rewards package.
