Our ideal candidate is an enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude who is passionate about client service professional growth and leadership. The candidate should possess proficient technical accounting and audit skills and interpersonal skills. A successful candidate has the ability to effectively lead project teams deliver an excellent customer experience and drive the professional development of the candidate and their team.Key ResponsibilitiesLead assurance engagements including:Assist in defining and developing audit strategy and planMonitor progress against audit plan engagement budgets and deadlinesExecute complex audit proceduresReview staff working papersManage day-to-day client relationsProvide support on process improvements and team initiativesDevelop and maintain client relationshipsSupervise mentor train and evaluate audit staffRequired QualificationsBachelors Degree in Accounting Finance or related field2 years of public accounting experience performing and/or leading attestation engagementsAbility to effectively lead and be a member of a team providing support building and maintaining relationships and effectively communicating with team membersKnowledge of US GAAPExperience in managing client relationshipsDemonstrates integrity and professionalismExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsTime management project management and organizational skillsPreferred QualificationsCertified Public Accountant (CPA) or working towards CPA designationLocationAt TSS weve designed a flexible work structure that enables both teamwork and independence enhancing our employees work experience while promoting personal well-being.What We OfferWe hire good people and give them a good place to work.
