Holding Hands Inc. is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Behavior Technician.Location: Pasadena, CA Region | Sessions are completed in one of our beautiful clinics, the clients home, or another community location.  We work diligently to schedule your clients within 20/miles or 30/minutes (whichever is closest) to your home to minimize commute time. Pay: $22–$28/hr depending on experience & educationSchedule: Part-Time | 15 - 25+ hours per weekBlock Schedule Options Include:Block 1: Monday - Friday 3pm - 8pmBlock 2: Monday - Friday 3pm - 6pmBlock 3: Monday - Friday 5pm - 8pmBlock 4: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 3pm - 8pmWhat You'll Do as a Behavior TechnicianAs a Behavior Technician, you'll use a proven method called Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to support children and teens in reaching their full potential. You’ll work one-on-one with clients in their home, school, or one of our welcoming clinics. Each day, you'll help your client learn new skills and reduce challenging behaviors in a fun, supportive, and meaningful way.   What your day might look like:Work 1-on-1 with kids and teens with autism and other developmental needsFollow a personalized therapy plan created by our clinical teamUse play, routines, and activities to help your client growTrack progress by taking notes and recording behaviorsEncourage independence and build everyday life skillsCelebrate every win—big or small!Don’t worry if you're new to ABA—we’ll provide you with thorough training to ensure you feel confident and prepared.
