Overview Were looking for an experienced Combo Technician who can handle both body repair and paint responsibilities. This role is ideal for a well-rounded technician who takes pride in quality workmanship can work independently and thrives in a fast-paced production environment.Key Responsibilities Perform structural and non-structural body repairs according to OEM and shop standards Complete light medium and heavy collision repairs efficiently and accurately Prep prime and paint vehicles using proper color-matching and refinishing techniques Conduct teardown and reassembly as needed for repair flow Follow repair plans communicate with estimators and flag issues proactively Ensure all work meets quality standards before sending vehicles to final QC Maintain tools equipment and a clean working environment Comply with safety protocols and shop procedures at all timesRequirements 3 years of Auto Body Repair experience with proven ability to perform both body and paint work Strong understanding of collision repair processes refinishing systems and OEM procedures Ability to work independently without sacrificing quality Experience with frame racks welders measuring systems and refinishing equipment Valid drivers license and good driving record I-CAR training or certifications preferred (not required) Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsWhat Makes This a Great Opportunity Stable growing shop environment Consistent workflow and strong team support Opportunity to be a key player in a high-quality operation Competitive pay structure based on experience and capabilitiesSchedule Full-time. Required Skills: Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of experience in auto body repair with an emphasis on structural repairs. Relevant certification(s) such as ASE Structural Technician or I-CAR Gold Class certification is preferred. Experience utilizing Car-O-Liner Chief Genesis or Celette highly preferred Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to bend stoop and reach overhead. We are seeking candidates for this position who meet specific qualifications.
