Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Auto Body Technician to join our fast-paced repair team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our restoration process, taking damaged vehicles and returning them to their factory-standard condition. Whether it's a minor dent or a major collision repair, your focus will be on structural integrity, safety, and high-quality craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities
Collision Repair: Perform comprehensive repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, and intricate sheet metal work.
Fabrication & Welding: Utilize MIG welding, soldering, and fabrication techniques to repair or replace vehicle components.
Assembly & Detailing: Manage the full lifecycle of a repair, from initial teardown and mechanical assembly to final detailing and restoration.
Equipment Operation: Safely operate a variety of hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment such as airless paint sprayers.
Safety & Maintenance: Adhere to strict safety protocols, including heavy lifting of vehicle parts and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
Qualifications
Technical Skills: Proficiency with automotive hand and power tools is required. Experience with welding (MIG) and sheet metal fabrication is highly preferred.
Industry Experience: Prior experience in a dealership or collision center is a plus, though we are willing to train candidates with a strong mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn.
Physical Requirements: Ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for long periods in a fast-paced shop environment.
