Make an impact by helping customers and partners with their vehicle titling needs.As a Transaction Specialist in the Auto Fulfillment Research Title Department you will deliver exceptional customer service to customers dealers and third-party vendors handling a variety of vehicle titling requests. Youll manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing mail using your organizational skills and passion for customer this role youll apply problem-solving and sound judgment to ensure the best outcomes for our customers.Job responsibilitiesConduct research collect and interpret data to support business decisionsPrepare and maintain documentation including handling incoming and outgoing mailDocument customer account activities thoroughly and conciselyManage escalated issues logically and ensure appropriate resolutionsPrioritize work effectively to maintain efficiency and resolve mail exceptionsEngage in interactive dialogue and support team members as neededMake outbound calls to customers dealers vendors and internal departmentsRequired qualifications capabilities and skillsHigh school diploma or GED required; must be a team playerWillingness to work in shifting schedulesAbility to meet quality and productivity standardsAdherence to regulatory compliance and policy requirementsStrong problem-solving analytical and decision-making skills; excellent written and verbal communicationAbility to multi-task including typing while reading navigating multiple systems and tracking processesHigh sense of urgency; this is an onsite positionPreferred qualifications capabilities and skillsKnowledge of banking industry structures and/or experience in motor vehicle operations preferredStrong previous customer service experienceProficiency with Microsoft Office products including Word and ExcelEffective communication skills with both external and internal customersSchedule: Monday - Friday 8am -4:30pmRequired Experience:IC Key Skills Mechanic Experience,Brake Repair,Suspension Experience,Mechanical Knowledge,Alignment,Auto Body Repair,Automotive Diagnostics,Automotive Repair,Shocks & Struts,Mentoring,Stocking,Automotive Service Employment Type : Full-Time Department / Functional Area: Operations Experience: years Vacancy: 1
