Auto Paint Preparation Technician at Auto Body Shop in central Phoenix
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are a busy well-established auto body shop in Central Phoenix looking for an experienced and motivated Auto Paint Preparation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong paint preparation skills, attention to detail, and is motivated and quality conscience.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Follow paint technician's instructions to ensure high standards are maintained
Adhere to paint production schedule
Inspect quality of repairs by body shop before painting begins
Working well with others in a fast paced environment
May include maintenance of paint booth and workspace
Skills/qualifications include but are not limited to:
Minimum 5 years experience of auto body or collision repair center
Experience with preparation/sanding/masking/cut -ins
Valid drivers license required
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
Ability to lift objects over 50 pounds
Understand instructions, written and verbal
