We offer that, paid time off, and more.THE POSITION:The Door Repair Technician (DRT) is responsible for the repairs of fire rated doors, frames based off inspection criteria from NFPA 80.SKILLS: Practical knowledge of hand tools, job sites, and construction environment (buildings, construction, etc.)Ability to interact as a team player or on one's own depending on the project requirementsAbility to identify potential safety issues and problemsAbility to work with a diverse workforce in a positive waySelf-motivated and responsibleSKILLS WE WILL TRAIN YOU: The Door Repair Technician position will acquire knowledge in NFPA 80, metal door construction, wood door construction, frames, parts, and hand tools. The DRT is also responsible for the documentation of any repairs in Procore.ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY:Assist the Door Division Manager in the timely delivery of repairs and subsequent documentation to the client: Repairs with approved materials Correct installation of repair materials Documenting each repair in Procore Management of inventory Working with clients to access sensitive areas such as operating areas or any night work Reporting to the job site during operating hours of the facilityTHE LOCATION:Work in healthcare facilities and new construction throughout the country.
