Key Responsibilities Design develop and implement automation solutions using PLCs HMIs and robotics. Program configure and troubleshoot industrial control systems and software. Conduct root cause analysis and resolve complex automation system failures to minimize downtime. Collaborate with production maintenance and engineering teams to optimize manufacturing processes. Maintain upgrade and improve existing automated equipment and control systems for efficiency and reliability. Demonstrated ability to design implement and troubleshoot automated manufacturing systems. Knowledge of sensors actuators motor control and other automation hardware. Bonus Qualifications Experience with industrial robotics programming and integration (e.g. FANUC KUKA ABB). Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Python SQL Power BI) for operational insights. Familiarity with industry standards such as ISA-95 or ISA-88. Experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) or ERP integration. Lean Six Sigma certification or experience in process improvement methodologies.
