Key Responsibilities Design develop and implement industrial automation solutions using PLCs HMIs and SCADA systems. Program configure and optimize industrial robots for various manufacturing processes. Perform troubleshooting diagnosis and repair of automated machinery and control systems to minimize downtime. Collaborate with production maintenance and engineering teams to identify and execute automation improvements. Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for automation systems and processes. Ensure all automated equipment and control systems comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements. Lead the commissioning validation and continuous improvement of new and existing automation equipment. Recommended Qualifications Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g. Rockwell Siemens) and HMI/SCADA system development. Demonstrated experience with industrial robotics (e.g. Fanuc Kuka ABB) for integration and programming. Strong understanding of industrial networking protocols (e.g. Ethernet/IP Profinet Modbus). Proven ability to troubleshoot diagnose and repair complex automation systems and controls. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and the ability to design and implement automated solutions for efficiency and quality. Bonus Qualifications Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Python Power BI) for OEE and process optimization. Experience with industrial machine vision systems (e.g. Cognex Keyence). Familiarity with Industrial IoT (IIoT) platforms and data integration strategies. Basic proficiency in CAD software for automation cell layout or fixture design.
