We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive service and repair, with expertise in working on domestic, foreign, and diesel engines. This position requires a commitment to providing exceptional customer service while maintaining high standards of quality and safety in all repairs and maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic tests to identify mechanical issues in vehicles.
• Conduct routine maintenance services, including oil changes, and brake inspections.
• Repair and replace faulty components such as engines, transmissions, and exhaust systems.
• Align wheels and adjust suspensions to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
• Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment to execute repairs efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
• Communicate effectively with service writer regarding vehicle issues and recommended services.
• Uphold cleanliness and organization in the work area to promote safety.
• Candidate must provide their own tools
• Other duties
• Must have a valid driver license.

Skills

• Proficiency in domestic, foreign, and diesel engine automotive service and repair.
• Ability to weld and perform alignments on various vehicle types experience not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to service advisor.
• Experience as a service technician or mechanic with hands-on experience in automotive repair.
• Familiarity with hand tools and diagnostic equipment used in the automotive industry.
