Were looking for an organized detail-oriented person to join our team as an Accounts Payable Clerk. What Youll Do As our Accounts Payable Clerk you will: Maintain verified accounts-payable records and reconcile vendor statements. Prepare and issue vendor payments including checks and disbursements. Post open items in accounts payable on a daily basis. Print and maintain accounts payable reports and files. Reconcile ledgers to ensure payments align with dealership schedules. Maintain petty cash system and track cash-flow needs for payable dates. Audit freight bills and handle vendor/freight inquiries. Assist with monthly closing operations. Provide analysis of accounts as needed. Support accounts receivable and special accounting projects when assigned. Keep a clean professional workspace and maintain a neat appearance. Ideal Candidate Profile Were looking for someone who is: Accurate organized and detail-oriented. Comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets. Able to manage deadlines and juggle multiple tasks.
