This position offers an exciting opportunity for career growth in a supportive environment.Responsibilities:Process invoices payments and depositsMaintain AP/AR records and reconcile vendor statementsMonitor customer accounts and resolve billing issuesAssist with 1099 preparation and special projectsProvide vendor support and excellent customer serviceAssist with month-end accounting adjustmentsOther duties as assignedRequirements:Previous accounting experience (automotive preferred)Proficient in accounting softwareStrong communication and organizational skillsDetail-oriented and team playerReynolds & Reynolds experience a plusAs part of our application process we conduct background checks and drug screenings.
