If youre dependable efficient and eager to grow within a dynamic team we want to hear from you!Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative SupportGreet customers vendors and visitors in a professional and welcoming mannerAnswer and direct incoming phone callsPrepare edit and distribute documents reports and correspondenceMaintain filing systemsdigital and physicalSchedule of appointments meetings and service-related coordinationAssist with general office tasks and maintain organized common areasAccounting & BookkeepingPerform daily data entry of invoices receipts and financial transactionsProcess accounts payable and accounts receivableAssist with bank deposits and payment postingSupport monthly and weekly reconciliationsMaintain accurate financial records and assist with basic reportingCommunicate with vendors regarding billing discrepancies or payment statusWarranty Administration (Automotive)Process and submit warranty claims to the manufacturer accurately and timelyReview repair orders for proper completion and compliance with manufacturer standardsTrack reconcile and follow up on outstanding warranty receivablesMaintain warranty schedules and required documentationCollaborate closely with service advisors and technicians to resolve claim discrepanciesEnsure proper handling tagging and return of warranty partsQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associates degree preferredExperience in administrative support accounting or automotive warranty processing (any combination is welcome)Dealership experience with systems like CDK Reynolds & Reynolds Tekion or similar is a plusStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)Excellent organization accuracy and multitasking abilitiesStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailProfessional communication skills both written and verbalAbility to maintain confidentiality with financial and customer informationAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage shifting prioritiesBenefitsCompetitive compensation based on experienceHealth dental and vision insurance availablePaid time off and holidays401(k) retirement planEmployee discountsOpportunities for advancement and cross-department growth Key Skills Mechanic Experience,Brake Repair,Dealership Experience,GM Vehicles,Suspension Experience,Alignment,Auto Glass,Automotive Diagnostics,Automotive Repair,Service Technician Experience,Shocks & Struts,Automotive Service Experience: years Vacancy: 1
