Job Title:Automotive Customer Service RepresentativeLocation:  419 W Miles Avenue Hayden ID 83835Job Overview:As an Automotive Customer Service Representative with Christian Brothers Automotive you are the person that our guests look to when they need help with their vehicle. You are the person that our guests see every time they make an investment into their vehicle and because of these reasons you play a large role in building relationships with our customers.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Desire to learn automotive repair service terminology and processesCheck guests in and outAnswer phone calls and schedule appointmentsProviding safe shuttle service for our valued guests in our branded vehicleTreating our guests with the utmost respect under all circumstances and with a heart consistent with Christian BrothersAssisting the shop with receiving processing incoming and outgoing parts and other errands as neededKeep the facility clean and organizedAssist other team members as needed with clerical tasks such as accounts receivable and filing paperworkDirect coordinate and participate in performing guest service activities as dictated by workloadServe as a community ambassador for the store through creating authentic relationships and partnershipsFollow all safety policies and proceduresOther duties as assignedQualifications : Qualifications:Proven successful customer service experience is required; driven to serve othersMust have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with our staff vendors and customersValid state drivers licenseMeet required insurance driving record parametersEnjoy a fast-paced environment and a Team mentality (we work hard but like to have fun doing it)!Ability to seek and accept coaching and directionAbility to multitask and meet deadlinesProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related softwarePhysical Requirements:While performing the duties of this job the employee is frequently required to sit stand walk talk and hearThe employee is occasionally required to balance stoop kneel and/or crouchThe employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 poundsSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision peripheral vision color vision and the ability to adjust focusBeing dependable for a part time or potentially full time position that is available to work between Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. 6:00 p.m.Additional Information : Christian Brothers Automotive (CBA) began in 1982 with the simple premise of providing precision auto repair with transparency integrity and a philosophy of people first.
