Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAutomotive DetailerWe are looking for an experienced automotive detailer for reconditioning used vehicles. We need a hardworking, detail-oriented team member who is steady and meticulous to join our multi-store enterprise. The prime candidate will be self-motivated and have a positive attitude. We're interested in helping your career and adding to your resume because we know that happy employees lead to happier customers!Schedule: To be discussed during interviewResponsibilities include but are not limited to:Washing, waxing, and polishing vehicle’s exterior, including tires, wheels, and glassVacuuming, cleaning, deodorizing interior, including carpets, seats, upholstery, and dashboardRemoving stains, spills, and debris from all surfacesRemoving old tint and stickers from windows or exterior of vehiclesAddressing minor damage or blemishes (scratches or scuffs) by buffing or other methods as directed by managementInspecting vehicles for any damages or defects such as dents or scratches, and reporting findings to managementOperating tools such as steamers, vacuums, buffers, and high-pressure washersUsing various detailing products and techniques to enhance the vehicles appearance, protect paintwork, and achieve a high-quality finishFollow all Company procedures and standardsPerform all duties as assignedQualifications for this job:Must be at least 18 years oldAbility to communicate well with manages and other employeesStrong attention to detailStrong time management skillsAble to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed Lifting of heavy items of up to 75 poundsAble to withstand exposure to adverse weather conditions, chemicals, odors, dirt and dust High school diploma or equivalent Valid Driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record according to dealership guidelines Must be able to pass background screening and drug testBenefits package for full-time employees includes:Medical, Dental, and Vision PlansPaid Basic Employer Life InsuranceAdditional Supplemental InsuranceWellness Program 401(k) Plan with matchPaid Time OffEmployee Purchase ProgramTraining ProgramsWe are a Drug-Free Workplace and an Equal Opportunity Employer.Full-Time Position No phone calls, please email resume.
