Automotive Express Technician at Capital Nissan of Wilmington

CAPITAL is seeking a driven Automotive Express Technician to join our Service team. In this role youll perform quick high-quality maintenance serviceslike oil changes tire rotations and basic inspectionsto help keep our customers safely on the road. Were looking for someone who is efficient detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced service environment.What Youll DoPerform routine maintenance (oil changes tire rotations filter replacements)Conduct basic vehicle inspections and identify potential issuesMount balance and rotate tires; check tread depth and recommend replacementsReplace air cabin and fuel filters based on manufacturer guidelinesTest and replace batteries as neededInspect and advise on brake servicesMaintain accurate service recordsUse PPE and follow safety protocolsOther duties as assignedWhat Were Looking For:Experience as a technician especially in express/quick service (preferred)Strong skills in routine maintenance and tire servicesASE or similar certifications are a plusCustomer-focused mindset with strong communication skillsTeam-oriented and able to work collaboratively with techs and advisorsAbility to identify basic issues during inspectionsValid drivers licenseMust pass pre-employment background screeningsWhat We Offer:Competitive Pay with growth opportunitiesHealth InsurancePTO & Employee discounts401(k)Who We Are:WE ARE CAPITAL!
